Refund & Return policy
We are legally obligated to offer every customer a 14 day refund policy, but we are extending this period to 30 days so you can order with peace of mind!
This period will start from the day you have received your order, and will last untill the 30th day after initially receiving the order.
Concretely this means the following: you can still return your order on the 30th day after receiving your order, even if that means we will receive the returned items after that period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@chevalcristal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards and items on sale
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas.
This means that the Hagerty Jewel Cloths are not eligible for returns.
Finally, because of our strict hygiene measures, we can not accept refunds on earrings.

Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also order the corrective item before returning the one you already purchased, as long as you stick to the 30 day refund policy.
Refunds
You will receive a personal e-mail from our support staff once we’ve received, inspected and approved that your returned items are eligible for a refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
*Please note it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
